She is suffering from acute urinary tract infection and pelvic inflammatory disease whitish discharge is due to infection in cervix and vaginal area specially due to fungal infection. Since in females both the areas r too close such coinfection r quite common.
Did you gave the sample while she was menstruating since she had a high amount of RBC in her urine that’s a part to be investaged y this large amount of RBC r there .
