  4. Itching in the groin area. At times.

Itching in the groin area
There's itching on the penis skin, only the top part. Also there's some white smelly substance that collects under penis skin at the end of day. This has been there for the last 8 days. Lately I see some small rashes on the penis head. Also the penis skin is inflamed at times.

Wash the Penis well, including the area under the foreskin in uncircumcised men. Keep the area dry, since moisture in the genital area can lead to infections. Cornstarch powders during the summer may be helpful. In many cases, genital itching that is caused by irritation will clear up on its own if the irritation is removed.
