My daughter constantly lifting her right side of nose and when asked saying slight itching in right nostril. She has no fever no cold or cough. And we don't go out at all. Is this due to allergy or soap change ?

This could be a sign of allergy due to season change/other allergens. If symptoms doesn’t subside consult a pediatrician
