Itching in penis
I met a girl on 14th August 2017, had sex, condom broke completely. Then had protected on 23rd September. From 25th September I started feeling itching on penis skin. Then I went to a urologist on 5th October, he said it's just due to unhygienic condition and gave me a cream 'siloderm'. I was relieved for few days but itching came back again. Took HIV tests a week back and they're negative. There is a whitish material on head also which I've experienced before I ever had sex too. So what is it?
