1) avoid direct contact with detergents - cloth washing n dish washing
2) keep hands well moisturiser
3) avoid sanitizers and other allergens as much as possible
4) use a mild soap for washing hands... Aloevera based or dove or pears
5) always moisturise full hand with a moisturiser ( vaselline jelly or nivia cream or boroline) after washing hand or after sanitizer

This is a form of hand eczema ( pompholyx)
Home remedies may include coconut oil / thick Vaseline / moisturizer
But this is not the cure. You need some ointments for it to improve and it's better to consult a dermatologist.
