I would advise you to get dewormed if you don't have loose motion at present, if you consume food from outside regularly and if you haven't been dewormed in 6 months. It is likely that you have developed gastritis again, in which case you will require antacids and antihistamines which will help control the situation. These following lifestyle changes will help your situation: - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Avoid/ Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to just once in a day - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Exercise regularly - Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation. - Avoid painkillers as it will increase your gastric problems at this moment. If the problem is persistent or worsens, visit the nearest ER at the earliest.
