Itching in gunoidel organs

Asked for Female, 58 Years

More itcheing like sensation in my anal and vagina some times feel like scratching.physical observation does not show up any rashes except some gray to black spot but feeling like some wound is there. It need the cure for this problem. I am not diabetic not having BP but having knee pain rhumatic orthroiti. Earlier I underwent fess due to naxal block three years back otherwise not having any other alleries.After menopause I have been treated for de worming many times also had complete body check up and I take only vegetarian diet basically
