Itching in genitals. And drugs?

Hii, I am soumyamoy from kolkata, wb. I am suffering from itching in my genitals and hips from the last 2 to 3 months. There are dark patches on the skin. Also, there are some eruptions. Sometimes while itching, black dried skin peels off. I have tried with clotrimazole (both powder and lotion) at such spots, but without any such effective and long term results. Being a student, need to sit on the chair at the same posture for long times. And this is most probably worsening the condition. Hence, may I be suggested with any proper medicines and drugs?
