Hi there...ask him to keep his groin area dry. Dry his genital area and inner thighs thoroughly with a clean towel after showering or exercising. Use powder around his groin area to prevent excess moisture...Don't share personal items. Don't let others use his clothing, towels or other personal items...Consult dermatologist for clinical examination they will do the needful.
