It is fungal infection . only Local ointment will not resolve the issue. Take fluconazole tab 150mg once in a week x 4 weeks. Use clotrimazole 500mg vagianl pessaries once daily for 5 days. Clotrimazole ointment - apply twice daily Tab cetrizine 5mg at night time  if itching is heavy. MOST IMPORTANT  THING: CHECK YOUR SUGAR LEVELS AND KEEP IN CONTROL. Diabetes increases the risk of fungal infection .
