Itching during winters
From past few years, during winters mostly, my body itches after I eat something spicy, do a strenuous activity, go out in the sun or if there is too much heat in the room. Due to this, sometimes I feel cold and sometimes hot even when others feel cold. Taking a bath, cold water, moisturizing cream helps I feel. Smoking a cigarette also helps I feel (I might be wrong) I took some Ayurvedic medicines but they did not help much. They told me it was due to impurities in blood maybe. This repeats every year in winters. I do not know if I have any allergies.

It seems that you have urticaria . But dont worry this can be treated very easly with antihistaminics ( levocetrizine) but you must consult your dermatologist for the confirmation of diagnosis and proper management as this probem recurs and treatment needs to be titre according to your symptoms. Warm wishes Dr Prakash Khute.
