Itching during pregnancy e may be due to hormonal imbalance and baby due to liver function imbalance and try to get the the liver function test along with bilirubin level. Actually no medicine is safe during pregnancy but if the icthing  is intolerable then you can take any one of the above tablet and try to take warm water bath and try to apply calamine lotion after breakfast from below the neck and do not apply on the face and try to take bath once again before take going for the bed hand wash your hands every time whenever you touch the the eating food particles. If you find any difficulty in understanding this please try to contact me
