Hi doctor, my mother (63)years old is having a lot of itching around vagina, with back pain and wetty discharge. Please suggest.

Take Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days
Take Tablet Levocetrizine twice a day for 5 days

Clingen vaginum pessary for 6 nights at bedtime
Keep dry
Use cotton panties or no panties for a month
Health Tips
Use Intiwash solution for cleaning outside vagina and vulva twice a day
If still no relief get blood sugar test done fasting and postprandial levels
Drink plenty of water and Lassi and curds and buttermilk
Take partner treatment with same medication if applicable
