I have problem after sex outer part of vaginal have itching and ulcer please advice me some medicine

Hi there...there are many different causes for genital ulcer like chancroid, herpes, syphilis, gonnorhea. It will depend on how the ulcer started initially, how many ulcers are there, pain associated with, other associated symptoms like burning micturition, pus discharge in the urine, oral ulcers. So it will require detailed clinical examination and investigations. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
