Itching and redness on full body and face not all time it's coming any time in day mostly in evening time I took treatment from lots of Doc including munciple hospital please guide me for proper solution thanks

You seem to be suffering from urticaria , for which u need to find out the cause like food,drugs,infections, pollens, stress and other triggers and avoid . It is known to regress on it's own by 2 years if u can't identify the cause.
