Itching and irritation around vagina

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I've been having itching and irritation around my vagina since 10 days. Actually first day there was a swelling in my urethra and a white discharge. My swelling was reduced on the same day. But white discharge was prominent with too much itching and irritation near my vagina.Now the whole area around my vagina has turned red and suffer itching.
