Itching and dryness in palms. On this.

Hi,My name is Sumli.I have certain issues of itching, dryness,rashes,skin peel off,water oozing out in both my palms.This is happening since 5+ yrs.the infection is gradually spreading from 1 finger to other. I develop more itching in dry weather conditions and on touching certain stuffs like spicy food,bringal,colocasia,detergent etc. It starts recovering on rainy days and comes back on summer or dry weather. Also there will be itching when there is some temperature change.I have similar itching in underarms and thighs. I have tried to medicines like halovate and lobate gm,cetaphil to keep palms moist.But they only suppress it for sometime and don't rectify this disease. Kindly suggest necessary action on this.
