Itching and Blackness near pubic area

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I've been suffering from severe itching problems near groin area for 5 days. Some spots have turned black and the infection has spread to my left armpit yesterday. I've been using RingGuard cream and a dusting powder for last 3 days. It looks like Jock Itch but I am not very sure.
