Itching & white flaky skin around vagina

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I'm having severe itching in my vagina mainly around vulva part. I've taken allegra but got no relaxation at all. These is no any discharge from vagina but white flaky skin around vagina. Please suggest some good medication for the same.
