Itching All over the body

Asked for Female, 66 Years

I have diabetes and it is well in control but I have bad itching since about past 3 weeks. My diabetes doctor has prescribed mild Vitamin D tablet twice a week. And also recommended to use Keto soap. Anything else I can do for this ?
