Itching all over body and red patches

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Since last night I have been experiencing itching all over my body around red patches that are coming in few places in my body(Attached). I am on medication for Irritable Bowel Syndrome and taking Cintodac and Rifagut 400. Please advise.
