I am taking akruit4 tablet .now i am getting alot of itching on whole part of my body,also acidity problem and dry cough.kindly suggest me

1) LEVOCETIRIZINE 5 MG twice daily for 5 days
2) TAB. PAN 40MG twice daily 30mins before food
