Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am facing itching on my face since I have shaved.generally I use trimmer.itching is slightly more during night.i faced the same issue before 10 years also.it started the same way.and lead to patches on my face and whole body afterwards.i took medicine for 6 months.may be it was scabies.what to do now so that issue like before does not happen again and preventive measures to take.
