Itching after shave

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Dear doc Since last 6 months I feel like scratching my cheeks and neck (majorly left side of face) after shave. I have tried to change the razor, cream, aftershave but no help. Only when I use electronic razor I don't face such problem. Pls suggest can be done. It looks really awkward in case of public meetings.
