Itching after mosquitoes bites at night

My daughter is 18 months old. Could anyone please suggest some kind of soothing lotion which will lessen the itching after mosquitoes bite at night. Will Calamine or Caladryl lotion will help in this case and is it safe to use for babies? Please suggest.
