Greetings sir!! I work in construction industry as a civil Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I relocated to UAE six months back from Mumbai since then i am facing a very typical problem in my throat- The problem is whenever i sneeze or had a hiccough i face a lots of itch in the throat resulted to again sneeze for a while in order to feel free in the throat. Kindly suggest me the root cause and advise any medication. Thanks in advance.. Best regards Sumanth

Hello sir, good evening. It seems you are having allergy (due to dust) at your work place (construction site). When ever an allergy causing dust deposits on your throat, to prevent reaction, your body throws it out by sneezing. Use antihistamines (cetrizine) for allergy,,, avoid allergens by using good face mask.
