I'm a 13 year old boy and it hurts when I pee and the tip and I always have to go pee do I have a bladder infection I went to a doctor and he gave me nystlain cream ups will that help

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of abdomen especially for the kidney,ureter,bladder & Post void residual urine. Consult a urologist with the investigation reports
