Issues of Working from home
I feel like I am becoming more and more of a recluse. I am very happy at home and don't feel like stepping out. I do so maybe once or twice a week, to go out for a meal + to run an errand if required. I have erratic waking and sleeping hours. I watch a lot of TV. Even when I am working, TV is usually running in the background. Is everything ok?

This question is best answered by you. But I sense that you are probably isolating yourself after something disturbing which happened to you in the past. We are social animals and need to relate with others to get our relational needs met. Avoiding people would gradually disturb your mental and emotional health.
Next Steps
Please see a counselling psychologist for an evaluation and further course.
