Issues in exhaling
I have had very mild fever since 7 days and it usually comes in evening upto 99.3 and sometimes 99 Week before this i have had tested for covid and it came negative. When my temperature goes a little up in evening it also starts aching my head (very mild). I coudnt feel the fever as i dont have any body pain and uneasiness. The only issue i have that i feel difficulty in exhaling like i am badly tired and dont feel like talking but it is just for that moment not continuously i feel this.. Please tell me doctor is it anxiety panic attacks when i feel tired in exhaling or weakness?? Coz i have anxiety issues too.. And nowdays its difficult for me to deal with situations going around because of covid.. Please advise..
