Issues due to prone masturbation
I used to be a prone masturbator.
My symptoms are -
1.Cloudy urine ,mostly in the urine,Sometimes I feel like ejaculating whenever i urinate and mostly during lifting heavy weights and pushups ,My urine reports are normal.
2.I feel i am losing my muscles although my diet is full of proteins and nutrients. I feel like i am losing semen in urine.
3.I can ejaculate using hand masturbation but nowadays i feel like urine is stick in my penis everytime,it feels like ejaculation but i dont ejaculate while urination,Please help!
As far i feel ,i think i destroyed my nerves because of prone masturbation.
