having 2 reason
1- stress/ tension/ anxity/ irritable/ depresion
2- medical as sex hormone etc
better assess properly n plan treatment accordingaly
rather than just blind treatment

You have Premature Ejaculation issue.
You need to retrain yourself with medicines and non medically by Sexologist. If general health is good, you take tablet DURALAST 30MG ...one hour before sex for delayed ejaculation.
