Hi! According to your reports you have a condition called achalasia cardia which is responsible for the issues that you’re facing. It results in acid reflux to throat as well which leads to dryness of throat and difficulty swallowing. I’m hoping you’re already under treatment for this condition, if not then review with gastroenterologist & start your treatment.
