Isotretinoin has no effects on male reproductive system, but does has a significant effect on the female reproductive system.
Oral Isotretinoin would not effect the sperm in males, it effects the fetus so should be avoided during pregnancy and women who are planning a pregnancy

Isotretinoin does not affect the reproductive system. Women who are on isotretinoin are strictly advised not to get pregnant while on the medicine and for 6 months after stopping it.
It is safe for you to plan for a baby, it will not have any adverse effects.
