Isotretinoin consumption
I have taken isotretinoin 20mg for 3 months 3 years back for my severe acne as doctor told me to...later my acne was cleared .. then recently again I started taking the same with out the doctor consultation for one month as I got some pimple on the face.. and now very frequently my legs are paining badly even if I walk little .. then I saw the side effects of isotretinoin it shows bone and joint pain ... so am confused... what's the reason for the pain is it because I took those tablets ... am scared now ..3 years back when I took it ... that time I dint get any pain ... now just for 1 month am getting ... so what do u say about this ?

I don't think this is due to isotretinoin. But you should not self treat. The dose used for acne does not cause bone side effects. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment advice.
