ARSA is the position of the right subclavian artery (which goes to the right arm)in relation to trachea (wind pipe).
1% of the babies have this position of the subclavian artery and it is compatible with life. If at all it creates some problem with the wind pipe or food pipe then it can be corrected.
NIPT will not help in this case.
You should get a sonography done every four weeks to see the position of subclavian artery. This should be told to the Paediatrician when the baby is born.
No action is indicated at present.
