Is topical Retina A unsafe if pregnant
Is topical Retina A cream unsafe to use while pregnant or lactating? Also what about retinoid present in prenatal multivitamin, are they safe?

Retinoids in any form are highly teratogenic for babies. So not just during pregnancy but even before the pregnancy, retinoids are stopped way before.  Some may advise it as long as 6 months before conception.
