Is this tinea versicolour?
I have attached two pictures. One is in which i have marked the white spots, in another i have pur free image. From many years smal small white spots were there, from my childhood itself. But now i see there are some more white spots there and i have a preauricular node palpable on that sode of ear as well. Is this tinea versicolour or is it a fungal infection?

Here no pics are showing...
Anyhow tinea versicolour is also fungal infection only...
