My soulmate is suffering from these symptoms like breasts swelling, stamach pain, early periods. But we never had sex. Please help me and tell me what is the actual issue. Thank you!

early means how much early ?you have to be littel more specific,it can be because of hormonal fluctuations.need to get checked
