Is this Sarcoidoisis? Is it curable?
Have constant pain in jaw under ear lobe area and neck for more than 21+ months now. Went to ENT and no infection in ear or sinus.Seen TMJ specialist, orofacial specialist, oral max surgeon,neurologist,physical therapist.No definite diagnosis and answer yet. Constant burning and sore pain.Saw a Rheumatologist recently since my crp and SR are elevated.Did more blood work and results below. Rheumatologist said I might have fibromyalgia and put me on gabapentin.I have tried Cymbalta,tegretol,amitriptyline before which was given by my GP. No relief. Taking gabapentin since ten days now. CRP- 17; RA factor <10; anti ccp -5; ANA- negative; EBV IgM <36.0 EBV IgG- 192;EBVNA IgG-445; Antigen I Plasma- 75(ref range 0-25). SR- 40.he said high ACE,CRP,SR,EBV. I do have a small lump on the side of the neck which is like hard chickpea size since June 2020. taken neck CT with contrast and neck ultrasound and nothing reported about the lump. is this angiotensin Ace markers values normal or some issue?
