Is this fungal infection ?
I have put two pictures, in one i have marked the areas where white discolouration or spots are there. In 2nd image its free image.
Can you please tell if that is tine versicolour some fungal infection? I do have a pre auricular node palpable infront of tragus that side.
Please help out.
