Is this ecg report normal?
A couple of days ago my heart rate spiked out of nowhere and I had a feeling of fear. I measured my heart rate. It was 160. This lasted for a minute and then my heart rate gradually came down. My blood pressure was 117/78 at the time. I got an ecg done and would like to know if this is normal.
