After skiing this weekend I had the usual soreness and aches of overworking some of my muscles and wrote off my pain but over the past few days I have developed a sharp pain in my lower right abdomin whenever I try to sit up from a lying down position. The pain has been getting worse not better, but at the moment is still only when I sit up. I’m worried it’s appendicitis. I don’t have any other symptoms.
