Is there anything to be worried? Seen!

Doctor from past 3 months when I get my period I am bleeding for 3 days only that to first 2 days is okay, 3rd day bleeding is very normal and 4th day bleeding is very light And every month I get my periods 5 days prior But last month I got it 10 days prior i.e.,on 10/10/24 (actual period day is 20/10/24 ) This month I took primolut n tablet for 2 days i.e.,on 31/10/24 and 1/10/24  to delay my period because of some festive occasion at home And some brown discharge is seen on 5/11/24 ...that was the day I contacted you And on 6/11/24 nearly at 3 am I started bleeding But recent months I am bleeding only for 3 days that to 3rd day with normal bleeding and 4th day with complete light bleeding On 1st day I use 2 sanitary pads On 2nd day I use 2 On 3rd day I use 1 mostly 2 rarely And 4th day bleeding is completely very light On 5th day no bleeding is seen
