ENT doctors generally do not prefer home visits.. Hospitals follow all the safety guidelines needed.

A proper ENT check is quite equipment intensive and cannot be done in home visits! You could approach home care nursing outfits like Portea or Nightingale for doctor home visits, where an MBBS Doctor will visit your home to do a preliminary checkup, but in this COVID environment, it will be pretty expensive..
..Even more that a Specialist ENT Consultation in a high end Corporate Hospital! Are you willing to pay that price?
