Is there any home remedy for eye pain?

I am a 25-year-old model and I have pimple problems now as it is summer. I had a breakout on my face last week and it is only now the swelling has reduced. I have been left with marks all over my face. I have a photo shoot in 3 days. I want to know how to remove spots from the face in 2 days naturally so that my face is picture ready in 3 days.
