Blood is the most specific transmission mode.then come the body fluids. The transmission depends on the intactness of the surface. If there is any breach in continuity of surface ie ulcers or abrasions and such surface  comes in contact with  any Hiv infected body fluids then a shorter contact time may also transmit the  disease. As compared to the intact skin or body surfaces.
