I had a provisional diagnosis of Oral lichen planus(pigmented version), so my dermatologist asked to use tacrolimus(tacroz forte 0.1) for 1 month(once a day at night), i have read it can cause cancer, so i am worried that to go ahewd with it or not! And also I was thinking if I should go with homeopathy instead as they seem to have better results for this disease?
My only symptoms are dryness of buccal mucosa and pigmentation and lichenoid reaction spots, no itching or burning. Please advise
