Is oral lichen planus cancerous/precancerous? I am m24, no tobacco history, smoking also close to no, i have sipped 3/4 cigarettes in a year, not even more than that(that too 2-3 years back). 2 months back pigmentation started in my buccal mucosa dentists after physical checkup in clinic say its normal but dermatologists say u should get it biopsied. I am scared as i read this is precancerous (if its OLP)... right now I don't feel any pain or anything but pigmentation, and in cheeks when my teeth gets rubbed it feels roughy, or when my mouth is dry it feels rough.. Also now in inside of my lips also its coming up.. please help me! What should I do.
