I got a tattoo but now I want to remove it..is it safe for me to get a laser removal and will it leave some adverse effect on my skin? Should I not get it done? Or I can get it done!! And what shall be minimum charges per session for a 1.5"*2" tattoo?

Yes tattoo removal is absolutely safe, does not have any side effects. You need to be very patient for this and any hastiness can cause permanent damage to the skin. I get a lot of people who want to remove it immediately, but it does not work that way.
