Is skipping safe afr 8 months of deliver
I was having gesgetional diabetics while I was pregnant. I had normal delivery. My baby is 8 + months now. I am not getting enough time for walk. Can I do skipping? Is it safe? I heard uterus comes down. Please suggest. I can do round 500 times skipping in less than 15 mins with small breaks. I use to have little body pain after that as I am doing skipping after a long time, but I think it's normal. Please suggest.

You can definitely do skipping.. Also if you had developed gestational diabetes earlier it is advisable for you to be on low carbohydrate diet
